PROGRAM MANAGERS & LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Many of our leadership positions are filled by outstanding instructors who have demonstrated strong teaching skills, initiative, organization, and a commitment to our students. We also occasionally hire experienced educators, coaches, technology professionals, and managers directly into leadership roles when they bring specialized expertise that aligns with our programs. As we continue to grow, we are always looking for talented individuals who are excited about leading programs, mentoring staff, and helping shape the future of STEAM education at the Club.
All Program Managers continue to teach classes and work directly with students. In addition, they take ownership of a specific program area, helping to develop curriculum, mentor instructors, improve operations, manage equipment and resources, communicate with families, and ensure a high-quality experience for students. Most managers work 20-30+ hours a week.
A key responsibility of every Program Manager is staying actively engaged in their field. Managers are expected to keep up with new technologies, competitions, products, curriculum ideas, and trends within their area of responsibility. They are leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers who continually bring fresh ideas and improvements back to the Club.
