JR. CODING AND STEAM

    Jr. Coding and STEAM is a fun, interactive class for Kindergarten–2nd graders where kids rotate through exciting coding, robotics, and creative STEAM stations. Throughout the course, students will program simple games, build and control robots, and dive into hands-on science experiments that spark their curiosity. As they explore a variety of activities, they’ll develop essential skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and creative thinking—all while having a blast!

MINECRAFT CODING AND STEAM

    3rd - 6th Grade

    Love Minecraft? Ready to unlock the tech behind the game? In this advanced Minecraft coding class for kids 3rd-6th grade, students will explore real-world coding and technology concepts through the game they love. They'll learn to program in-game computers using ComputerCraft, create custom mods with MCreator, and experiment with redstone engineering to build automated systems like flying machines and TNT cannons. This class focuses on building coding skills, logic, and digital creativity within a fun, familiar environment.

3rd - 5th GRADE CODING AND STEAM

    Coding and STEAM is a fun, self-paced class where students design their own games using Scratch, JavaScript, and GameMaker. Kids build coding skills through game creation while developing logic, creativity, and confidence. Each class ends with a quick makerspace activity, giving students time to unplug, connect with friends, and explore hands-on STEAM fun.

TECHGURLZ

    3rd - 8th Grade

    TechGurlz is a creative tech class for girls in 3rd–8th grade (or those identifying as girls) to explore technology through hands-on, creative projects in a supportive and empowering space. Students will start by learning graphic design concepts, creating their own personalized 3D logo in Canva, and printing it on a 3D printer as a keychain or stamp. As a class, they’ll decide on projects to work on together, exploring areas like wearable circuits, filmmaking, laser-cut jewelry, and website creation. This collaborative approach encourages creativity, teamwork, and confidence as they unlock new tech skills!

Makerspace and Microbits

  • Tuesdays 5:30pm

    In this hands-on class, students design and program their own robots using a mix of makerspace materials and coding tools. We start with cardboard builds and the BBC micro:bit, learning how to control movement, use sensors, and create simple automation.

    As skills grow, students level up to laser cutting and 3D design/printing—building more advanced, custom robots that actually do something. Every session blends creativity, engineering, and problem-solving in a fun, supportive environment.

MIDDLE SCHOOL CODING OR ROBOTICS

    Our Middle School Robotics Program combines fun, learning, and competition, with both the Coding Class and Robotics Team happening at the same time for maximum fun and interaction with friends. Robotics Team members will develop skills in math, engineering, coding, and teamwork as they design, build, and compete with robots in VEX challenges. Teams of 2-3 will take their robots to the VEX competition!  Post competition we move to learning Fusion 360 and creating Battlebots

    For students choosing the Coding Class, the self-paced curriculum allows them to explore Python, Java, HTML, Unity, GameMaker, or advanced Scratch based on their interests. This class focuses on building coding skills and problem-solving abilities, giving students a well-rounded tech experience.  5th graders and up sign up for one or the other but often switch between them as the year goes on!

ROBOTS, LEGOS AND ENGINEERING

    Robotics, LEGOs & Engineering Club is a hands-on class for 2nd–5th graders (and advanced 2nd graders from Jr. Coding Club) where students build real robot skills using LEGO and FIRST Robotics, then apply those skills to a variety of other robots. Along the way, they explore electrical engineering, coding, and problem-solving through fun challenges, with each class ending in a creative makerspace activity for building, designing, and collaborating.

HOME SCHOOL

    We love supporting our homeschool community! While homeschoolers are welcome to enroll in any of our classes, we offer a special discounted rate for our Wednesday morning classes. We know you're juggling a lot, and we're here to make quality STEM learning more accessible! 5-8 Year olds will have our traditional Jr. Coding and STEM class at 10:30am and 8-12 year olds come at noon for a mix of Coding, Microbits and Robotics!

Digital Media, AI & App Design

  • Fridays at 4pm

    In this hands-on class, students explore digital media, artificial intelligence, and app development through creative projects and challenges—learning how AI works while designing and building their own apps that can run on mobile devices. Along the way, they’ll plan, film, and edit videos, developing skills in storytelling, camera work, and digital design. It’s a fun, engaging class that blends creativity and technology, perfect for students who love working on computers and want to take their skills to the next level.

IN PERSON CLASSES

The primary benefit of Club membership is a one and a quarter hour in-person class a week (such as Coding and STEM, Robotics Team, Lego Robotics, or TechGurlz). Register for one of our classes below to join the Club!

VIRTUAL LESSONS

Unlimited time on our teaching platform from your home computer to really jump start your coding journey!

CLUB NIGHT

Every Tuesday we have “Club Night” which rotates between Dungeons and Dragons, Chess Club, Movie Night, Minecraft Night and the occasional special event!

SPECIAL EVENTS

We offer a variety of field trips (like Spark Museum), special events (like our Photo Art Walk) and guest speakers (like a Guardian from Space Force) only to our members and their families!

SATURDAY PROGAM

Saturday Club programs offers rotating STEM sessions during open hours, where members participate in guided, hands-on activities such as Coding Challenges, Escape Rooms, LEGO Challenges, Game Design, and Take-It-Apart engineering projects.
