K - 2nd GradeJr. Coding and STEAM is a fun, hands-on class where Kindergarten–2nd graders explore coding, robotics, engineering, and creative STEAM challenges through interactive projects and activities, rotating between stations every 20 minutes. Students build robots, code simple games, and experiment with science and engineering concepts while developing creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence.
For returning students, we also offer Jr. Coding an STEAM Advanced for experienced 2nd graders who are ready to dive deeper into coding, robotics, and engineering while taking on more advanced challenges and building greater independence with technology and problem-solving. Both offered Mon through Fri at 3:30, Thur at 2pm or Tue at 5pm.

In this advanced Minecraft coding class for kids 3rd-6th grade, students will explore real-world coding and technology concepts through the game they love. They'll learn to program in-game computers using ComputerCraft, create custom mods with MCreator, and experiment with redstone engineering to build automated systems like flying machines and TNT cannons. This class focuses on building coding skills, logic, and digital creativity within a fun, familiar environment.

3rd - 5th GradeThose creative kids can also choose between our Digital Media & Film Editing class, where they plan, film, and edit their own original videos while learning storytelling and editing skills. OR, in Odyssey of the Mind, students work in teams to solve official challenges—designing, building, and performing their own solutions—while practicing quick thinking and teamwork. The season ends with a required regional competition (date coming soon). It’s a creative mix of engineering, performance, and problem-solving that builds confidence and big-picture thinking. 3rd - 5th GradesCoding and STEAM is a fun, self-paced class where students design their own games using Scratch, JavaScript, and GameMaker. Kids build coding skills through game creation while developing logic, creativity, and confidence. Each class ends with a quick makerspace activity, giving students time to unplug, connect with friends, and explore hands-on STEAM fun. And a brand class, Coding, Apps and Minecraft that combines all our favorites at select times!

3rd - 8th GradeTechGurlz is a creative tech class for girls in 3rd–8th grade (or those identifying as girls) to explore technology through hands-on, creative projects in a supportive and empowering space. Students will start by learning graphic design concepts, creating their own personalized 3D logo in Canva, and printing it on a 3D printer as a keychain or stamp. As a class, they’ll decide on projects to work on together, exploring areas like wearable circuits, filmmaking, laser-cut jewelry, and website creation. This collaborative approach encourages creativity, teamwork, and confidence as they unlock new tech skills!

5th - 8th GradeOur Middle School Robotics Program combines fun, learning, and competition, with both the Coding Class, Drone Team and Robotics Class happening at the same time for maximum fun and interaction with friends. Our Middle School Robotics program is built around three year-long levels, giving students a clear path from guided builds to advanced, self-designed engineering projects. But if your child loves one of the years, they can also repeat to get better and better!
Our Drone Team practices and competes in challenging Drone courses, both flying and coding, no experiences necessary!
For students choosing the Coding Class, the self-paced curriculum allows them to explore Python, Java, HTML, Unity, GameMaker, or advanced Scratch based on their interests. This class focuses on building coding skills and problem-solving abilities, giving students a well-rounded tech experience. 5th graders and up sign up for one or the other but often switch between them as the year goes on!
AFTER SCHOOL PICKUP

We make after-school easy, fun, and enriching! Our program includes school pickup and transportation to our Club House, where kids kick off their afternoon with snack time and free play. Then, they dive into hands-on STEM classes featuring coding, robotics, engineering challenges, and more. It’s a safe, engaging way to end the school day—filled with creativity and discovery. 3rd - 5th GradesRobotics, LEGOs & Engineering Club is a hands-on class for 3rd–5th graders (and advanced 2nd graders from Jr. Coding Club) where students build real robot skills using LEGO and FIRST Robotics, then apply those skills to a variety of other robots. Along the way, they explore electrical engineering, coding, and problem-solving through fun challenges, with each class ending in a creative makerspace activity for building, designing, and collaborating.

4th - 6th GradesDrone Club is an exciting adventure for 4th–6th graders—and 3rd graders with experience in our programs—where students learn to code, control, and fly drones. From basic flight skills to programming autonomous movements, students build real-world STEM skills through fun challenges and team missions. For those ready to take it further, there’s the opportunity to compete alongside our middle school teams in REC Aerial Drone Competitions—putting their skills, strategy, and teamwork to the test.

In this hands-on class, students design and program their own robots using a mix of makerspace materials and coding tools. We start with cardboard builds and the BBC micro:bit, learning how to control movement, use sensors, and create simple automation.As skills grow, students level up to laser cutting and 3D design/printing—building more advanced, custom robots that actually do something. Every session blends creativity, engineering, and problem-solving in a fun, supportive environment.

We love supporting our homeschool community! While homeschoolers are welcome to enroll in any of our classes, we offer a special discounted rate for our Tuesday 12:30 sessions—including Jr. Coding & STEAM, Coding, Apps & Minecraft, Makerspace & Micro:bit, and Drone Club. It’s a fun, high-energy way to dive into hands-on STEM, connect with other homeschool families, and give your student a place to build, create, and explore each week!

The primary benefit of Club membership is a one and a quarter hour in-person class a week (such as Coding and STEM, Robotics Team, Lego Robotics, or TechGurlz). Register for one of our classes below to join the Club!
VIRTUAL LESSONS
Unlimited time on our teaching platform from your home computer to really jump start your coding journey!
CLUB NIGHT
Every Wednesday, students participate in a rotating Club Night with guided activities such as Dungeons & Dragons, Chess Club, Movie Projects, Minecraft Challenges, and occasional special events.
SPECIAL EVENTS
We offer a variety of field trips (like Spark Museum), special events (like our Photo Art Walk) and guest speakers (like a DJ teaching spinning skills) only to our members and their families!
SATURDAY PROGRAMS
Saturday Club programs offers rotating STEM sessions during open hours, where members participate in guided, hands-on activities such as Coding Challenges, Escape Rooms, LEGO Challenges, Game Design, and Take-It-Apart engineering projects.
